There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline when it comes to therapy—and that’s a good thing. For some people, a few sessions are enough to get clarity on a specific issue. For others, therapy becomes a longer-term process of self-discovery and change.
Eileen doesn’t rush a “result”. Instead, she works collaboratively with you to explore what you need and what pace feels right. Weekly sessions are the most recommended to create consistency and stability in the process. Some clients come in to deal with immediate challenges—burnout, relationship stress, performance anxiety. Others stay because the work becomes a space to reconnect with themselves, explore identity, or understand what’s been driving certain behaviours for years.
